Good morning, Mr. Ellis. I had occasion to call you on Friday about the transportation situation in Airy Cott, St. Thomas at the district bus. I'm calling again this morning because there has not been the service again this morning.

And when I called the bus terminal this morning, Mr. Ellis, the response that I received, really aggravated me. When you are going to say to me as the supervisor, that the tap program which runs the service on that route - that they take up the route from at home. So you really do not know whether they go on route or not unless somebody calls. What kind of madness is this?
